How we handle personal data on permatter.com
Permatter LLC (“Permatter”, “we”, “us”) is the controller of personal data collected through permatter.com.
This policy covers the permatter.com website only. Our clinical ordering portal at 3dportal.me is a separate system with its own terms and privacy notice.

The site is intended for dental professionals. We do not ask for patient data, and we do not take payment card details on this website.

Permatter is based in the United States and the providers above process data there. Where data is transferred out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on the transfer mechanisms those providers make available, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep sample request and enquiry records for 24 months after our last contact with you. If we are still in touch about an order or a trial, that period starts again from the most recent contact. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time and we will.
Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the tools listed above. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
